This beautiful private beach house has a direct West facing view of the sparkling blue ocean along with neighboring islands, Molokai and Lanai, and a spectacular coveted direct sunset view every evening. In the Winter months, you can watch and enjoy the Whales right from your lanai. The lanai has a dining table as well as a lounging area with a couch and 2 big comfy chairs. This private beach front house offers an on-going melody of the ocean waves and is a true tropical retreat.

Enjoy a new kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and a huge sink, new stainless steel appliances, beautiful wood cabinets, a modern oven with a built-in air fryer and a coffee bar area and a separate wet bar area with a wine refrigerator. When the fun in the sun has wrapped up for the day, you are sure to find some relaxing recreation right here in your home away from home. A 55” flat screen high-definition TV can be found in the living room and each bedroom has a 32” flat-screen TV for all of you to watch what you desire without having to compromise. The television cabinet houses board/card games, books, binoculars and a small portable Bluetooth speaker. For those of you on a “working” vacation, a new desk has been added to answer your emails while still getting to enjoy paradise.

Each bedroom serves an even quieter place than the lush grounds that lie outside the large windows. The main front bedroom as well as the large second bedroom each feature a new California-King bed, and the main front bedroom has a slider door that opens to the huge beachfront lanai. The third bedroom features two twin beds and can be converted into a King bed and has a little private lanai amongst the back garden area. Up to 6 vacationing guests are allowed, and can comfortably relax together as well as apart.

There is also another separate ocean view lanai on the entrance side with a place to sit and take off your shoes and also houses a huge teak box filled with beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler and assorted beach toys.

This unit also works for mobility challenges, as there is direct access to the parking lot, and it has handicap rails at the entrance and in the bathrooms. The huge front lanai is like being on the beach since it is only 20 feet away. It is also very close to the cabana/BBQ/pool.

The grounds here are so beautiful and the crew here is so friendly. We took a chance by booking something just by only seeing it on the internet (sometimes things on the internet are not what they seem – so we were crossing our fingers for here).   • I have to say that the condo was awesome. Everything we needed right down to the fantastic view. I have fallen in love with Maui. We enjoyed eating dinner watching the sunset. The kids love catching the baby crabs on the beach. I loved looking out on the beautiful water and relaxing. The condo was neat and comfortable, the beds were great too.

    It was just the right place to lay our weary heads at the end of a long day on the beach. The office personnel always had a smile and were very helpful with any questions that we had. I wish we could come back every year.
