Maui Pineapple Tour – Discover Island Gold

Start the New Year off with a little gold, Maui gold. Rooted in Hawaii’s agricultural history, the Valley Isle was the United States’ largest provider of Hawaiian pineapples and the Maui Pineapple Company produced a hybrid variety famously known as “Maui Gold.” During your stay, we invite you to venture from your oceanfront vacation condo rental to the slopes of Haleakala for a unique, pineapple filled, Hawaiian experience!

Located in the heart of the island’s pineapple district, Maui Pineapple Tour offers the unique chance to get an up close and personal look at the tastiest tour on your itinerary. With several options available, you are sure to curate an exciting day for the whole family! Choose from the standard tour, distillery or lunch add-ons, or do it all!

The standard tour is available every day and includes a 90-minute tour as well as a free Maui Gold pineapple. During the week (Monday through Friday) you can also tack on an additional 30-minute tour of the distillery, which comes with 3 tastings along with a complimentary shot glass and 10% off the distillery store. Or for a more savory experience, add a delicious lunch at the renowned Haliimaile General Store for just $25! Lunch will follow the standard 90-minute tour and you will have a choice of one of the irresistible entrees that the elegant restaurant has crafted. And if you simply cannot choose, Maui Pineapple Tours offers a Do Everything option that includes all of that above!

A day wandering this beautiful Haliimaile farm does require you to be able to walk on uneven terrain as well as climb stairs and to be able to handle a bumpy tour ride in the fields. While this Maui activity is perfect for the whole family, children must be at least 5 years old to participate and distillery guests must be 21+ years old for tastings. Spots do go quickly, so we at Kahana Village suggest reserving your tour today while booking your West Maui lodging.
